For Loan Originators. Your KHREF team provides remote consulting opportunities for Originators with investor clients in need of great service. You work your own hours with no minimum production requirements. No NMLS licensing or transfers required. We do not contact any current or previous employers, and all discussions are strictly confidential to protect your privacy. We provide you with all Origination, Processing, Pipeline Management, and borrower support. We are approved with multiple DSCR, Renovation, and Commercial Wholesale providers so your borrowers obtain competitive loan pricing for the available options. This is a 1099 Consulting Position that allows you to maintain your existing employment if you desire to, providing no prohibiting or non-compete factors apply. 

For Private/Hard Money Lenders. We provide full-service support to refinance your short-term loans and recapture your investment capital. Free up your time to pursue your business plans and goals. You and/or your entity would earn the loan revenue payable to us, based upon charges agreed upon by you and your client, less a small margin retained by KHREF for its services. No KHREF Broker add-on fees apply on most loans. This partnering relationship provides your clients with competitive loan pricing, great service, and multiple lender options. It is our goal to make recapturing your investment capital a cost-effective relationship while providing a streamlined process for you and your team.
